1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Dayacop Security Services Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Dayacop Integrated Management System (IMS).

By accessing the IMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the system and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

  • "IMS" refers to the Dayacop Integrated Management System, including all modules, databases, and software interfaces.
  • "User" refers to any individual authorized to access the system, including employees, management, and administrators.
  • "Data" refers to any information processed within the system, including site reports, personnel records, and operational logs.

3. User Account & Security

To access the IMS, you must be a registered user with a valid Employee ID. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying the System Administrator immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Sharing accounts or accessing the system using another individual's credentials is a violation of company policy and these terms.

4. Confidentiality

As a security services platform, the IMS contains highly sensitive information. You agree to:

  • Keep all operational data, client information, and site specifics strictly confidential.
  • Not disclose, export, or share system data with any third party without explicit written authorization from Dayacop management.
  • Use the information obtained via the IMS solely for the execution of your designated duties within the company.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the IMS is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the IMS (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Dayacop Security Services Sdn Bhd.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the IMS for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted modules.
  • Using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the IMS immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the system will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Dayacop Security Services Sdn Bhd, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the IMS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malaysia. Dayacop Security Services Sdn Bhd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
